Thinkorswim Strategy Guide MTF

Two files are available on this page for download.

  • Strat_MTF_MACD_LE_v2STRATEGY.ts
  • Chart_MTF_MACD_v2STUDY.ts

Each file requires slightly different instructions for importing into Thinkorswim. The download process is the same for both and you will find those instructions below the following download links:

For those who are not familiar with how to work with STUDY.ts files I have included some step-by-step instructions below:

These instructions show the process from the perspective of Windows 8/10. Windows 11 is similar. If you are using a Mac these instructions should be sufficient to guide you through the process. If you are on a Mac and need specific instructions just drop us a note in the comments section at the bottom of this page.

Click the blue “Download” button to save the file to your hard drive
Select the option to show the file in the location it was downloaded

 

Confirm the file name matches the original
From Thinkorswim open Edit Studies view and click “Import”

 

Navigate to the download location from step 3 and click “Open”
