I followed your instructions to a T but are unable to successfully get the code to work. I have not tried using it live, only by changing the symbol. Occasionally it will ring and enter a message into the message log but never display the log in the upper left hand corner. All my screens match yours as shown in the video. Any suggestions?

Ok, only thing that could cause this is the “show message center” is turned off. From the upper right, locate the gear icon next to the word “Setup”. Select “Application Settings” and from the General Tab go to Display. See screen shot below for further details. Attachments:
