Let's begin by making sure the rest of our viewers understand there is absolutely no connection between "Voluntary Contributions" and my participation in the Q&A forum. The forum is here for viewers to participate in the process of learning and building a vast, searchable knowledge base of solutions for various trading platforms. I do not provide solutions in the forum to gain "Voluntary Contributions".
Anytime someone mentions this in their question I give the very same explanation because its extremely important to me that folks NOT come to the conclusion they have to provide a voluntary contribution in order to receive a solution to their request. So, voluntary contributions are appreciated, but I prefer that they remain just that. And it's best not to even mention it. (don't let the left hand know what the right hand is doing). That button is only there because viewers were asking for a way to show their appreciation. NOT to "pay" for services rendered.
Next, the question title should describe the context of the request. In this case, StockRSI doesn't even tell a fraction of the story. Besides the obvious spelling error, I will be changing the title of your question to describe the actual request. Which is not exactly clear at this moment. So I need to ask about this portion of your request:
"...but include (3) time / or tick periods to parse thru..."
I think you are talking about the time frame that you set for the Study Filter of the scan. The place where you enter your code. Is this correct? If so, then you simply select whatever time frame suits your purposes. But perhaps you intended to describe a Multiple Time Frame scan? In which case you may be referring to a scan that applies your code to three individual time frames so that all three time frames must be in alignment. Let me know if I am getting close.
As for "tick periods". Those are not supported for custom scans on Thinkorswim at this time.
If my interpretation of your request has been accurate. You can accomplish your goals by learning to apply the techniques provided in the following:
