Vertical Line on Volume Rotation

I would like to add a vertical line once premarket volume has been rotated once on the lower study

"premarket volume has been rotated"? This is a new term for me in regards to chart studies. Please explain.

Hi! This would be a very interesting study! He means the float rotation in premarket volume. For example, stock ABC has 2 M float. SO, it would be interesting to add a vertical line every time the volume adds 2 M shares more traded. How would you do that, Pete? Thanks!

From the comment above we learn what "volume rotation means". Then to valerol for providing that explanation. The computation requires the code to be able to read the current "float" of share for each ticker symbol. This metric is not available within the Thinkorswim language so it will not be possible to derive a solution for this on Thinkorswim.
