A way to add more study to Alert-study menu? like Demand index?

Hi Pete,

I try to set Alert using Study Mode. But not all study are included in the Menu. For Example, Demand index is not on the Alert-Study menu. How do I add the Study to the Alert-study Menu.

"Study Mode". You will need to explain this term. I don't find it used anywhere on the platform. But I may have missed it. "Demand Index is not the Alert-Study menu". What is an "Alert-Study"?

It occurs to me you may be speaking of the tool in the MarketWatch tab named "Study Alert". If so, you cannot add studies to the list. You can however copy the full code from the study and paste it into the code editor of the Study Alert dialog.

A word of caution however. This study uses recursive variable statements. Recursive variable statements are not supported in the Study Alert tool at this time. There is no way to work around this limitation. You will need to build your code into a Study Filter of a custom scan. Then save that custom scan and use it to generate a Dynamic Alert.
