Stock Hacker reset scan gives NO matches

I tried to follow along in my TOS scans with your scans video but the scan produces no results? I spent 45 min with TOS tech and they watched the video clip of you resetting to base scan Stock Hacker, All stocks, None, None and getting ~10,000 matches. I can not duplicate and they could not duplicate. What am I missing. Cleared cache and fully removed and reloaded TOS desktop. Love the site. Made a donation. Thanks

Must be a bug. Change any one of those first three stock filters to "Close", "High" or "Low" and it will work. There may be others that break the ice but I don't have time to test them all. Although I would love to do that to see what is broken. But I have an appointment to keep this morning and need to leave soon.

Couple of final notes. Yes, this was exactly the same behavior I got when I tested it this morning. I also tried changing the stock filters to "Open" but that did not break the ice and get it working. If TD Ameritrade can determine which elements break the ice and which ones do not then they may find a path to correcting this bug.

Thx. I'm using a work around. I was just nervous since this is the first video i'm watching and my TOS was immediately not matching yours. Just making sure I wasn't messing up. YEP. TOS bug. Thx
