Hello Pete,   I need help creating a scan condition that states then volume of the last 1 minute candle must be atleast 10,000.

This condition must also work in the after hours and premarket.

Thank you

You do not need any custom code solution for this. You can build this on your own once you learn how to use the Condition Wizard.

Screenshots below shows the basic steps to create this.

To learn more about the Condition Wizard you can view the following video:

Whether or not this works during the extended hours session depends entirely on what you select for the time frame of the Study Filter in your scan. Nothing in the code is required to make it work for a specific portion of the trading session.

Okay, thank you. So if I use the 4 hour aggregation period + extended hours. Will that pick up any stock that trades a set amount of volume in a 4 hour rolling period from the time of scan? Or does the scan only show based on 4 hour intervals throughout the trading session? Example using 10k volume

If the time frame is set to 4 hour time frame, the volume is based on the current 4 hour candle. Just open a chart and set it to a 4 hour time frame (make sure the setting named "start aggregation at market open" is unchecked). Whatever volume you see on the last bar on that chart is exactly what the scan is seeing.
