4 Consecutive Green Bars intraday 15 Min

Hi, Im trying to make a scanner that find a stock that is over extended  within 4 Green Bars on the 15  minute Time Frame. When I did my plot it worked on the daily chart , but when I change to 15 min on the scanner it gives a lot of stocks that is not even 15 minutes yet …. this is what I have so far,

close is greater than close from 1 bars ago

and close from 1 bars ago is greater than close from 2 bars ago

and close from 2 bars ago is greater than close from 3 bars ago

and close from 3 bars ago is greater than close from 4 bars ago

 

Any help will be greatly appreciate it 🙂

Your code will work on any time frame you select for the Study Filter of the scan. So there is nothing you can do to the code to 'fix' whatever you believe is broken. The most likely cause is that your charts and scan are not set correctly.

  1. If the scan is set to included extended hours, make sure your charts are also set to show extended hours.
  2. If you have NOT selected to include extended hours than make sure your charts are set to UNCHECKED for the setting named: "start aggregation period at market open" (screenshot below shows where to find this setting)
