Add Study Filer for stocks wth Buy Analyst Rating

Hello Hahn, thank you for your videos. I am using them to teach my teenager the art of stock trading. In ThinkorSwim I am trying to create a scan using RSI + MACD HIstogram but then add a Study Filter for stocks that have a BUY Analyst Rating such as The Street. Is this possible?

RSI and MACD. Yes. Analyst buy rating? I doubt this is available. This would be considered a fundamental filter as opposed to a technical filter. There is very limited number of fundamental filters in Thinkorswim scans. But at least you know where to look.
