How can I analyze my trading setups to find out how profitable they are, or how much capital I need to trade a given list of stocks?

Yes, Thinkorswim does support this feature and it’s called Strategies. You can add strategies to a chart just like you do with studies. The strategies plot theoretical buy and sell orders on the chart. The profit and loss graph can be displayed in the bottom subgraph. You can also export the list of theoretical buy and sell orders into an Excel spreadsheet for in depth analysis.
