Can I scan for stocks having higher relative strength then an index?

I would like to compare a list of stocks against an index, industry or sector. Can you scan for this in Thinkorswim?

Thinkorswim does have a built in relative strength study. But it produces scan results that don’t exactly match with the values visible on the chart. It took me some to dig into the guts and work out a solution. By adding a parameter that sets a start date for the relative strength comparison, we are able to get scans to produce results that match the charts. We have also included two types of signals in the scan. The first one allows you to find stocks that have recently crossed from under perform to over perform, as well as the opposite. The second one allows you to find stocks that have been trending stronger or weaker than an index over a specified period of time.
