Force dividend adjustment?

I watch some mutual funds and often TOS won’t adjust price for dividends no matter i hit the button under settings/equities that tells it to do just that.  Take ARBIX.  On 12/11/20, it had div of .3172.  I can’t get my chart to reflect that div.  instead, it shows a drop of roughly that amount.  any way to fix this?  am i doing something wrong?

There is no way to force this adjustment from our end. I suggest you contact support at TD Ameritrade and have them look into this. Either they will explain the specific reason why certain funds are not automatically adjusted, or they will acknowledge there is a problem that needs to be addressed.
