How to set up scan on TOS for lowest point

I would like to set up a scan on TOS to be alerted when stock hits lowest point.  Could it also be combined with a squeeze to the upside. Is this possible? Also the reverse, scan to be alerted when stock hits highest point and squeeze goes negative. Or anything in between.  Somehow others seem to find a way to know when stock hits the low point and starts a new uptrend.  I would like this on the Daily chart and lower time frame charts also. Any help with this would be appreciate. Attached screenshot of PYPL to illustrate. Thank you very much.

Your question lacks a definition for "lowest point". How do you measure that, specifically? Just because it appears on the chart as a bubble does not mean you can scan for that. It's in the past, does you absolutely no good several days or weeks later.

Here is an example of how to structure a request that has a chance of resulting in a working solution:

It also happens to capture something very similar to what you seem to be requesting, but don't know exactly how to phrase your question.

Rephrasing. Would like a scan that shows the latest 30 day lows of all stocks. Volume should be over 500,000, and eliminate all stocks under $1.00. If possible to combine this with the squeeze indicator that would be great, but if not that is okay. Is this better?

"the latest 30 day lows of all stocks". Sorry but I have read that sentence several times and I can't be sure that I understand what you mean. Did you mean to return a list of stocks that have made a new 30 day low? The volume filter and price filter are built-in. You don't need any code for that so just focus on this bit about the 30 day lows.
