I am familiar with the cut and paste method to import a single trade into Think or Swim but on the bottom right i saw a button that say Import. When clicked it access files on the hard drive. I then clicked on a text file and it appeared to load the text file.. So my question is, Is it possible to load several trades at once by placing them in the correct format and using the Import button at the bottom right.. near same area that is used to do a single trade using cut and paste.

From the context of your question is seems to me you are talking about importing chart studies. You used the term "trades". However it is not possible to import "trades" into Thinkorswim. The process you described only applies to chart studies. So I have updated the title of your question and will provide the solution via the screenshot below. You will find the solution is nothing more than a feature which is common to all computers. Which is that you can select multiple files to import by holding down the shift key on the keyboard and selecting the specific files you want to import at one time.
In the screenshot below, I have selected all three of the custom study files at one time. When I click the "Open" button, all three of those custom chart studies will be imported at the same time. Attachments:
