line break chart type -again

Hi -can this indicator for line break chart be customized for the number of line breaks? there’s no user input – it is defaulted to 3 – also can a scan be created based on when the line breaks from high to low?

Thanks for posting this again and using the plain text file for the code. I was able to load this on my chart. While it may be possible to convert this to a form that allows user input to customize the number of "line breaks". This would require a very large amount of time and effort. Well beyond the limited time I have for providing free solutions in the Q&A forum.
