I’ve tried every search on this platform as well as general Googling. Can’t seem to find the answer. Does Thinkorswim have the capabilities to show a Linear Regression Channel or Line on a log scale without curving the study? It seems like it takes the readings of the arithmetic scale and bends it into the log scale. I would like to see a true linear regression line or channel on the log scale. Thank you in advance.

A very similar thing happens if you manually draw a regression channel and switch it to log scale. (but it does not happen when you draw a trendline). I seriously doubt there is anything we can do about this on the user end. Most likely has to be addressed by the developers of Thinkorswim. I checked TradeStation and on that platform these tools appear to work as you are requesting. You can submit a support ticket to TD Ameritrade and see if they agree this is a deficiency in their platform. And if so, whether they plan to address it. Or you can move to a trading platform that behaves they way you need it to. Marked as spam
