I have a customer order template saved that is has few conditions. Saves well and also can trigger order just fine the first time based on the conditions correctly. The next time when I use the saved custom order template, what I notice is that it retains only 199 characters of the condition and the rest of the code is lost and also the time frame defaults to “D” irrespective of whatever time frame I saved my custom order template Has anyone faced this? Is there a solution for this? I saw this issue both in paper trading and real trading accounts. Help?

I have not run across this before. And I have not ever counted the number of characters in the code I use for condition orders. Which means I cannot confirm for you if there is indeed a 199 character limit. What did the folks at TDA support say? This question is being move to the Strategy Guide topic because that's where questions about Conditional Orders belongs. Marked as spam
