Scan for stocks finishing the day strong

I have seen other scanners like trading view that will alert stocks up a certain % within the last 5min or 10min.

i was messing around on ToS and cant figure out anything to do with time

 

i want to scan in the last 30mins of the regular trading day for stocks that are up 5% during the last 1hour.

i keep getting results for up the whole day. But i just want ones trending up/ finishing the day strong

 

ie: at 4pm i want to scan for stocks up 5% since 3pm

Its not allowing me to edit. I meant at 330pm i want to scan for stocks up 5% since 230pm

The scans are always using Eastern time zone. So consider this when working with time based scans. I will provide a user input so you can adjust it. The main point we need to understand is how you compute this "up 5% since x:xx pm". Should this be "price at 2:30 equals 10 and price at 3:30 is equal to or greater than 10.5"?
