Scan stocks in specific industry

Hi!  I hope this is a simple question but is there a way to set up a scan based on the industry?  For example I just want stocks from “Broad Industrials” or XLI etc?

Yes, that is what I refer to as a "top level filter". Thinkorswim calls it "Scan in:".

Screenshot below shows how to pick a specific industry.
