Shared scans produce different results

I have a scan I shared with a trading partner, but we are getting different results. The shared scan does not appear to get all the same alerts as I do. Is there a reason for this? If I get 5 alerts for the day, he may only receive three of those. Thanks in advance.

I can think of no reason for this so you will need to contact TD Ameritrade support to identify the cause.

I did contact them and they said the problem is on their end. They are trying to get a fix by end of the month.
