Hello,

I am trying to get the TSI (True Strength Index) value through the RTD function on the excel sheet, but I get N/A. I have tried multiple ways to get the value, but it seems like it is not working. Could you check to see if you can find a way to get the value?

=RTD(“tos.rtd”, , “TrueStrengthIndex”,”/ES:XCME”)

=RTD(“tos.rtd”, , “TSI”,”/ES:XCME”)

Ok, here is how this works:

(this applies to ALL quote columns you can add to a watchlist)

  1. Add column to watchlist in the MarketWatch --> Quotes screen of Thinkorswim
  2. Access the menu in the upper right and select "Export to Excel"
  3. Go to Excel and use keyboard shortcut or mouse to Paste the live data feed into the Excel spreadsheet

If the values do not appear, or display as "N/A" instead of a value, then that column is not supported. There is no way to workaround or overcome this issue. Your only recourse is to contact support at TD Ameritrade and ask them to take a look at this to see if there is anything they can do to get it working. The issue is on the Thinkorswim server and NOT within the spreadsheet itself.
