  1. Your Agreement to These Terms
    1. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing the content of this forum you are expressly agreeing to the terms set forth herein. You acknowledge that your participation in the site, whether passive or active, constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Registration
    1. All forum registrations are handled through third-party authenticators. Such as, but not limited to FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, WordPress, etc… We do not store any login passwords. If you need to reset a password, please contact the third-party authenticator you used when registering.
  3. Intellectual Property
    1. Hahn-Tech, LLC strongly supports the rights of intellectual property holders. No proprietary code or knowledge is permitted anywhere on this site. Users who post, transmit or link code which is deemed to be covered by copyright law will be warned and the offending post will be deleted. Upon the second occurrence the user’s posting privileges will be revoked.
    2. By using this service you agree to abstain from posting, transmitting or linking to any material for which you do not have the right to transmit under law (such as copyrights, trade secrets, or anything that can be defined as ‘insider information’).
  4. Conduct
    1. Hahn-Tech, LLC expects all participants to conduct themselves in a professional and business-like manner, being respectful of other user’s rights and opinions. Language that is intended to do harm to others is not permitted. There will be zero tolerance for language that is considered uncivil, abusive, vulgar, profane or obscene.
    2. You may not post, transmit or link to any sexually explicit material.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
    1. As a registered user of this forum you understand:
      1. Hahn-Tech, LLC makes no recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
      2. Other user may express opinions about buying and/or selling specific financial instruments, and those are not the opinion of Hahn-Tech, LLC.
      3. All of the code and instruction shared on this site is for educational purposes only and are provided “as is”. Any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Use of these tools and instruction are at your own risk.
      4. Liabilities for any and all tools and instruction provided by Hahn-Tech, LLC shall be limited to the price paid for such tools or instruction. In no event shall Hahn-Tech, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of said tools and/or instruction, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

  7. Governing Law/Forum
    1. This agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Arizona. Maricopa County, Arizona shall be the appropriate venue and jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes hereunder. All participants hereby consent to such personal and exclusive jurisdiction.
  8. Please note that certain individual Services may have their own, or additional, terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict, the terms for the individual Service will control with respect to the Service in question. So please be sure to review any additional terms and conditions with respect to any specific Service that you subscribe to or use.
  9. These Terms and Conditions, including those that are incorporated by reference, constitute the entire and only agreement between you and Hahn-Tech, LLC and govern your use of our sites.
